Buy this highly nutritious (sun dried meat) from cow called Kundi or banda among the Igbo and Hausa people respectively while the Yorubas call it Tinko. This particular one is from cow, an animal protein that makes up a balance diet widely consumed in Africa. It is a stable product with a shelf life of 6-12 months or even up to two years ambient temperature. This is not OVEN-DRIED.
